Thornhill Photography has been a lifetime in the making. Although I grew up with a dad who was an award winning amateur photographer, the photography “bug” didn’t bite me early in life. Instead I headed off into a career in broadcast journalism, crafting word pictures for nearly 20 years in radio and television newsrooms.

When I took a position several years ago in marketing communications, making photos became part of my daily job, and I discovered the joy of being behind the lens. When people began offering money for my photography services, who was I to say, "no"? The result of those early inquiries became Thornhill Photography.
